Professor Bolaji is a trainer, resource person and examiner in the Faculty of Anaesthesia of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. He has trained hundreds of medical students at the undergraduate level and more than 30 Resident Doctors in the specialty of Anaesthesia.

Grace Bosede Olaniran worked with the United Bank for Africa Plc for 25 years. A pioneer staff of UBA Yola under the old Gongola State now Adamawa State in Northern Nigeria. She was transffered to Jos, Plateau State were she served for some years before she was later transferred again to Ilorin, Kwara State, North Central Nigeria were she retired as a Senior Manager and Head of ZPC.
